I have the rights and final word on when I want to reject a commission for any reason.

Slots/Commissions will NOT be accepted until I've discussed with the client and sent an invoice.

50% of the invoice is to be paid before any work can be done on your commission. DO NOT send me any money outside of the invoice. It will not be accepted.

Once details are shared and 50% is paid; a sketch is expected to be sent to you during the 1-2 week period.

I require a 1-4 week window for finishing a commission. Complex takes longer, simple will be shorter. Faster delivery will be an additional cost if requested.

Small details can be changed after the sketch is accepted between me and the client. Larger details will have to be discussed and might require a fee.

Once finished, I will send you a watermarked version of your commission. A clean version will be sent to your email after the full payment is complete.

Credit must be provided when you post my artwork and my signature is not to be removed.

No reselling, recoloring or attempting to claim it as your own. Not to be used as commercial use unless discussed with the artist.

Within the contract, this is a work of art, not of manufacture, and that the artist has, within the parameters of the agreement, artistic latitude about the decisions that are made.

If no final acceptable work is possible, then 25% of the total funds remitted are returned.
